Return Policy

Express Drone Parts will only accept returns for two weeks after the receipt of merchandise. A Return Authorization Number must be received prior to return of merchandise (call or email us for the return authorization). 

Return shipping/shipping insurance and shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the merchandise, Express Drone Parts will refund the purchase price under conditions specified below. (The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.) We cannot accept returns on Special Order items. Total refund amount is limited to $5,000 per order. Express Drone Parts may require a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise in its sole discretion.

Express Drone Parts will only accept returns on those items that have the original, unbroken plastic sealed packaging it came in, unless after opening, an obvious manufacturer defect or broken part has been discovered and reported in writing within two weeks after receipt of merchandise and was documented by customer by taking and submitting a picture of the damage with a smartphone camera. A re-stocking fee does not apply to defective products. Inspect your products carefully before shipping as any signs of wear or use will result in a refused product return.
